In Year 2, our students embarked on a journey to learn about different ways to stay healthy and look after their bodies. They explored the importance of staying hydrated, engaging in physical activity, being sun smart, getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and maintaining good hygiene. Through hands-on experiences and practical lessons, our young learners gained valuable insights into leading a healthy lifestyle.
