During the month of May the children in Kindergarten learnt about Jesus’ mother Mary. During May, Catholics pray a special prayer called the Rosary to Mary. The children drew their own picture of Mary and could identify different objects that could be placed on the alter during this special time. The children were given an opportunity take home the Rosary bag and pray the Hail Mary with their family.
